I think the first step to fixing any problem is admitting to said problem. A person can’t move forward until they address the issues. I have a problem. I am a procrastinator. I have always lived by the mantra of “Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow.” But there is a problem with that. Finally, you just get to the part where you’re so bogged down that you can never seem to find your way back up.
